Amplifiers exceeding their design life and use obsolete components can be re-designed to modern standards providing improved performance and extended service. In many cases old Bi-Polar transistor designs can be updated with modern technology using Power MOSFET or LDMOS technology transistors without modification to the physical dimensions of your amplifier system.
